Hello Torrid Flesh Fan, Friends, and Family!!!

It has been a long time, we have a new look on the website. You can now stream the album on the Music page. There have been numerous upgrades. The band has been busy lately writing new material and doing a few shows here and there. Mike is in the process of making a DVD, more information on that soon.

Ya know, its really hard not to like Torrid Flesh. Specially If you are a brutalizing murdering bastard, in that case, this shit is like Beethoven to you. I remember reviewing "Chain of Command" last year, and I remember that shit was HEAVY. So as I got "Ravaged Lands" to review, I made sure first to put my chick’s pet hamster away. Shit, I made sure to put my CHICK away. So with all easily susceptible to death living beings having been put away, I can finally begin the festivities. You’ll be glad to know that Torrid Flesh is still registered as a nuclear threat assault weapon. Holly Brannan has got a voice that Satan himself would probably say "wow…that’s BALLS!". The thing that really fucking gets me, is that there are some fucking good thrash rhythms going all around. From the bass opening of Ravaged lands, including a solo, to F.F.P.O.S., blast beats are a plenty and guitars are shredding at the compass of a demoniac voice. And it pays to keep your eyes peeled, like, "Hieroglyphic Corpse", wasn’t my favorite track to be honest, until his fucking KICKASS riff goes in at around the 4 minute mark. If you don’t start to head bang here, you obviously have a soul you need to sell at a cheap price, pronto!!

Great recommendation, death, thrash, if you head bang and like your shit hard and heavy, get this, you wont regret it.

Lots of stuff going on, as you all may have heard by now the CD release party at Cervantes has been canceled, but we have two new shows to cover it!! We are having an ALL AGES show on May 9 at the Rock'n'Roll grill, and then an Adult show at PT's on May 16, more details on these shows coming soon.

Don't forget our show on April 5 with Divine Intervention and Ladysroom.

HAIL ALL AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

2008 is going to be a killer year for Torrid Flesh. The band embark on a 2 week recording session with renown Metal producer Dave Otero. Next with the new release, with title still pending, some song titles are: Hieroglyphic Corpse, One Hundred Million Cries, and Never Forgive. The band is also planning for a short tour to take place in the summer and fall.

We we finished our preproduction lastnight, a big Hell Yeah to Jeff Alexis of Firestorm studio, he did a way beyond excellent job and we are beyond pleased with the turn out. Check out the photo's to see some photos from the sessions. We highly recommend Firestorm studio to everyone and anyone out there wanting any kind of recording done. We should be featuring some of the recording soon.

Sad news, Mike Pittman of Hellstrum passed away yesterday. We just did a show with them on friday night at Brando's. Our condolences to the Pittman family. Mike was a great guy and a hell of a drummer. Our thoughts are with Jack and the rest of the crew.

Well we laided all the tracks we were going to do lastnight, and I got to tell you, It sounds beyond killer!!!! Mix down tuesday night. Photos will be posted later today.

We would like to say THANKS and tell our fans SORRY that made it out last night to the Brando's show. There was a lot of technical difficulties going on and on, and Torrid didn't hit the stage until 1:15. YOU fans that stuck it out with us YOU FUCKING RULE!!!!! We are in negotiations at the moment to do just a night with Torrid Flesh at Brando's to film our set again with Colorado Rock show, at an earlier and more convenient time, SO KEEP POSTED!!!
